Do you need volunteers to help with this event?

Yes. We are looking for volunteers to help take tickets at the door and to perform a few other functions. At this point, the number of volunteers we need is very low. If you are interested in volunteering, please fill out this form.

Will volunteers receive a free ticket?

Yes, volunteers receive an entrance to the event for free. However, if attending the event is your primary objective, we suggest you purchase a ticket as volunteers may be expected to perform duties while the event is taking place.

When will the final location be announced?

We are finalizing details and we will announce the final location as soon as possible. Please check back here for updates.

Will childcare be provided?

No. There will be no childcare available for this event.

I could not find a place to enter my promo code. How do I receive the discounted rate?

• Log in to Eventbrite.
• Go to "Tickets" in your account. Select the ticket you want a refund for.
• Click "Request a refund".
• When asked for details, give us the promo code and let us know you couldn't find a place to enter it. We will refund the difference.

I cannot attend the event. Can I get a refund of the total ticket amount?

We are so sorry. Tickets are non-refundable.
